Over 65 years ago, Bill & Margaret Frank humbly began their feed store ~ Hyde Park Farm Supply ~ in the granary of the old family barn located on their dairy farm on Gainsborough Road.
In 1956, they built the first retail store on the corner of the farm. From 1955 till today, the business has gone through many changes and grown into something incredible. One thing has remained constant ~ a feed store then, a feed store now!
In 2004, the store you see today was renovated and the name transitioned to Hyde Park Feed & Country Store - to suit the product and highlight our specialties. Dave, Charlie & Cathy, along with many 3rd generation family members, carried on the store's story and now, a new family is here to continue the legacy!
We are so excited to share that as of April 1 2023, Hyde Park Feed & Country Store is now owned by a new family - John & Donna Hoskin. After many years as a feed sales rep, I (John) , along with my wife Donna, purchased our first store in Komoka - Hoskin Feed & Country Store. That was a short 15 years ago! Now we have added a second location - Hyde Park Feed & Country Store situated just west of Hyde Park (Middlesex Centre, On)!
