The Shoppes of Komoka is a multi tenanted food anchored shopping and destination centre in Middlesex. The anchor tenants include Foodland, LCBO & Dollarama.

Woody's Premium Cabinetry has been in Strathroy for 12 years, and recently relocated in July of 2017 to a 100,000 sq ft building in preparation of doubling its workforce over the next few years. Woody's also made Canada's PROFIT 500 list.
Since 1993 Grace Motors, located in Strathroy, has grown to a fleet of over 100 trucks. In 2017 Grace Motors is undergoing major expansion, including building a new mechanical shop and offices.
Algonquin Bridge opened a brand new manufacturing plant in Thorndale in October of 2017. The building hosts two floors of office and manufacturing spaces, including a production layout with two 25-ton overhead cranes.
Ricco Food Distributors celebrated the recent completion of a 13,000 square foot expansion for a "Cash and Carry" retail outlet at their facility located at 1 Ricco Place in the Molnar Industrial Park in Strathroy.
In 2017 Armo-Tool is investing more than $7.6 million to expand its Middlesex Centre facility and upgrade its equipment, as well as creating 15 more jobs.
